Q I’d like to have some idea as to the shipping cost before I
start going through the ordering process.
What might the shipping cost?

will depend upon the total weight or size of the order, the method of shipping
you choose, and the where you want it shipped.
Generally, a minimum wholesale order can be packed into a U.S.
Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate Box.

Q How quickly do orders ship out?
A Orders usually ship out within a few
days. An email will be sent from the
U.S. Post Office or UPS letting you know when it has shipped.
If you need an order shipped overnight it may
be possible. Please call in your order
to 1-800-899-5952 and we will try to accommodate you. Expedited shipping charges will apply.
Q Do I need to have an account set up
before ordering?
A No,
after you have added the items you wish to order to your basket and
click on “check out” you will be prompted to create a new account or to place
an order without an account. Having
an account simply saves you the time of re-entering your name and address the
next time you order.
Q Why didn’t I get an order confirmation?
A The order
confirmation is an automated process.
You may not have received a confirmation because your computer is
treating the automated response as spam or the order transaction was not
completed.
Q Why didn’t my order transaction complete
when I used my PayPal to pay for it?
A Sometimes order transactions do not
complete when using PayPal. We receive
the PayPal payment, but the accompanying information regarding the order is not
recorded. We will be attempting to fix
this as soon as we can. If using PayPal be sure to return to the
cart after making the payment to ensure that your order is completely processed
and recorded correctly. A link back to your cart is provided at the PayPal
site.
If we
receive a PayPal payment without the accompanying order you will be contacted
by email or telephone regarding the particulars for your order. If we fail to reach you after several
attempts, a full refund will be made back to your PayPal account.
Q Why didn’t I get an email notice when the
order shipped out?
A The email shipping
notices are generated by UPS or U.S. Postal Service when an order is
shipped. A tracking number, destination
address, and an estimated delivery date may be included in the email. You may not have received an email because
your computer is treating the automated reply as spam.
